We understand that selecting the perfect piece for your home is important, which is why we’ve created a straightforward returns and exchanges process for our discerning clientele.

Important Note: Custom-made items from our Arsenale, Bucintoro, Nereide, and Redentore collections cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review your selections carefully before ordering these specialty items.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may return or exchange items if:

  • You contact us within 15 days of receiving your order
  • The item is in its original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and tags are intact
  • The item is not from our custom-made collections (Arsenale, Bucintoro, Nereide, Redentore)

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made furniture from our Arsenale, Bucintoro, Nereide, and Redentore collections (unless damaged)
  • Items that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Personalized or custom-order items

Return Process

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear Venetian Store Customer Service Team, I would like to request a return/exchange for my recent order. Order Number: [Your Order Number] Order Date: [Date of Order] Item(s) to Return: [Product Name(s) and SKU if available] Reason for Return: [Please specify] I understand that custom items from your Arsenale, Bucintoro, Nereide, and Redentore collections cannot be returned unless damaged. Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, our customer service team will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for shipping your return.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging, include the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box, and ship to our address:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline

  • Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return
  • PayPal Payments: Refunds will be processed to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process above. Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you. Additional shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.

International Returns: For our international customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote locations), the return process remains the same. However, please be aware that international return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
