Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your items have shipped.

International Shipping

We ship globally, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote locations. International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes, which are not included in the shipping cost.

Important Note on Custom Collections

Please note that custom-made items from our Arsenale, Bucintoro, Nereide, and Redentore collections cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. We encourage you to review your selections carefully before ordering these specialty pieces.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Venetian-inspired furniture. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may return or exchange items if:

  • You contact us within 15 days of receiving your order
  • The item is in its original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and tags are intact
  • The item is not from our custom-made collections (Arsenale, Bucintoro, Nereide, Redentore)

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made furniture from our Arsenale, Bucintoro, Nereide, and Redentore collections (unless damaged)
  • Items that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Personalized or custom-order items

Return Process

1 Submit Your Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

2 Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, our customer service team will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for shipping your return.

3 Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging, include the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box, and ship to our address:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

4 Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process above. Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you. Additional shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote locations), the return process remains the same. However, please be aware that international return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
